The Firm

A European merchant-banking and strategic-execution house for complex transactions, special situations, and selected capital matters.

DGF Frères Capital determines whether a matter can move, forms the counterparty environment on which its movement depends, and coordinates its progression toward execution.

The firm is commercial in function and relationship-led in temperament. Important matters are received, understood, and prepared before they are placed into visible movement.

Institutional gravity before visibility.

Commercially Active

Selected sale, acquisition, transfer, and capital-execution mandates coordinated with discretion and discipline.

Relationship-Led

The firm works through prepared counterparties, trusted relationships, and serious institutional channels.

Execution-Capable

Matters are carried through documentation, dependencies, timing, counterparties, and settlement.

Selective, Not Inventory-Driven

DGF is not a public marketplace, brokerage platform, listing venue, or volume advisory firm.

Merchant-Banking Responsibility

Merchant banking has never concerned capital alone.

Its deeper responsibility has been to make serious commercial movement possible through judgment, relationships, structure, and execution.

The firm does not manufacture movement where its conditions do not exist. It determines whether movement is possible, strengthens the conditions where appropriate, and preserves the integrity of progression.

The House of Capability

DGF Frères Capital serves as the House of Capability.

Its responsibility is to evaluate whether the practical capability to execute exists, form and align the necessary counterparties, and steward executable progression through to outcome.

D. Goldenberg Frères et Cie is the originating institutional house from which DGF Frères Capital proceeds.

Berlin · Gendarmenmarkt

DGF Frères Capital has its roots at Berlin's historic Gendarmenmarkt.

Within the setting of a historic European banking house, the location reflects the firm's temperament: continuity, discretion, structure, and commercial judgment carried across time.

Principal

DGF Frères Capital is led by Dawid Solomon Goldenberg.

The firm is principal-led and operates through selected professional relationships and specialist counterparties assembled according to the requirements of each mandate.

The firm's judgment remains directly held by its principal. Execution capability is formed around the requirements of each matter.

Institutional Boundaries

The firm coordinates commercial and transaction execution.

Legal, tax, regulated investment, financing, custody, valuation, and technical services are performed by appropriately qualified independent professionals where required.

Continuity

Execution ends. Continuity remains.

A successful transaction is not only completed. It is carried in a manner that preserves relationships, reputation, institutional trust, future optionality, and the lessons created through execution.
